Team Fortress 2 Sprays

Team Fortress 2 is an all-time greatest game. Like any other Source game, Team Fortress 2 allows you to tag surfaces with your own custom sprays. Blah blah welcome to my sprays gallery.

Pyro Huey Lewise and the News Spray
Put the .VTF files in the following directory or directories *HINT*: Use the “Windows Key”+E to quickly access Windows Explorer.
- \Steam\steamapps\\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos\
- \Steam\steamapps\\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos\UI\
If those folders don’t exist, create them. Load TF2, go to the Advanced tab on the options page and select your spray tag image. MEDIC!!!

tf2 sprays are exciting. I have them, and use them frequently.
I’m assuming you need to place these twice or just in logos?
ie. Same files in logos as in folder UI

i cant get them to work either.
i cant even find a logo folder
Its working now. Copy them like in the discription. And then ingame multiplayer options you have to Import the file again
I just followed the instructions EXACTLY, and I even made the UI folder because I wasn’t there… The sprays STILL DONT WORK! What the hell man?!
the sprays dont work straight away, you have to join another server for them to kick in, so if you wanna change sprays, relaod the server, didnt work for me at first but now im enjoying spraying “FYI im a spy” everywhere dispite i play a scout
yea just join a server after importing it it should kick really quick n’ press T to spray your logo which im enjoying the “Remember Stop Drop and die!” logo

WTF sprays wont work!!! I did the instructions and stuff BUT STILL!
Lol i make my own sprays too and these are a lot funnier XD
TF2 isnt only for PC
you can play it on console games like the xbox360
but the pc version is better because it gets new stuff like new achievements and console games will not get new ones

Just wondering if sprays/tags work on all levels or if there are some where they don’t work or are not permitted. and if so, how can you tell?

You need a .vtf file to put in there (VTFEdit is a great and easy tool which I use.) Once you have your picture, and have made it a vtf file, you can then follow some of these (Not, I left out beginning because mine is in different place then most) steamapps/(account_name)/teamfortress2/tf/materials/VGUI/logos
Past the vtf in here, then go to steamapps/(account_name)/teamfortress2/tf/materials/VGUI/logos/UI and post it again in here. (Make these if you don’t have them.)
Once you are in, you just go to sprays, say upload, or whatever, find the one in Logos, no the UI one, click it, and then it should show the thing in the left… it will take a minute to activate if you change your spray, but if you see the little one, it should all work… if ot done right, retry, or look to see what you’ve done wrong (Files are case sensitve, so they must be spelled exactly like those.)

Ok…i got on how to import but…how do u decrease the picture on paint without it falling apart
ok, i followed the instructions but when i try to use my spray, nothing shows.
