Once you have your picture, and have made it a vtf file, you can then follow some of these (Not, I left out beginning because mine is in different place then most) steamapps/(account_name)/teamfortress2/tf/materials/VGUI/logos Past the vtf in here, then go to steamapps/(account_name)/teamfortress2/tf/materials/VGUI/logos/UI and post it again in here. (Make these if you don't have them.) Once you are in, you just go to sprays, say upload, or whatever, find the one in Logos, no the UI one, click it, and then it should show the thing in the left... it will take a minute to activate if you change your spray, but if you see the little one, it should all work... if ot done right, retry, or look to see what you've done wrong (Files are case sensitve, so they must be spelled exactly like those.)
