People are always asking me to fix their slow-ass computers. First thing I tell them is to quit surfing the porn sites. Then, sometimes, I will help them out. Here is a quick how-to fix a computer running Windows that has become way too slow:

Bruce Tracy is a homeless contractor known as “Mole Man”. Police in Florida recently discovered his multi-room 200-square foot home underground. Complete with a leak-proof roof, a bed, a kitchen, and escape hatch, the place was no joke. Checkout the pictures!

If you’ve never played NetHack, this will still at least make you say “what the fuck”. NetHack is a roguelike dungeon crawling game that is incredibly difficult to win at. Anyways, I have heard of people creating fan-fiction, stories detailing adventures in NetHack’s ASCII-graphics world, but never one that was a 334-page .pdf book. This takes video game fiction to the next level - especially considering it is about a text-based game.

Video of GayBoy going onto XBox live. I am filing this under humor. If you are gay and offended: tough shit. I am not going to lie; I happen to think the shit-talking in this video is funny!

Soulja Boy’s “Crank That” is not my definition of a cool song. But Travis Barker and his drums make it 1,000% better.

Shaped like a Ladybug, “Lady Bird” is an autonomous robot designed to clean public restrooms at highways rest stops. This is “only in Japan” on so many different levels.

In Kansas City, Missouri, you can get arrested for toad licking. In case you are unaware, licking certain toads can get you high (as fuck). Possession of a Colorado River toad with the intention of using it as a hallucinogenic drug is an offense.
David Theiss of Kansas City was well aware of that fact and kept a pet toad just for the occasional buzz. The law does not sympathize for Theiss and he has been arrested. The Colorado River toad’s venom is a powerful hallucinogen that falls into the tryptamine class. Fortunately for Theiss, he has been released on Bond. Unfortunately for the toad, it remains in police custody at a police crime lab.
Thanks to KMBC-TV’s website for breaking this tragic news.

Just how much do Americans drink? Last year, Americans drank enough for every person to have taken down 7 bottles of liquor, 12 bottles of wine, and 230 cans of beer. Here’s the kicker: The U.S. ranks 40th in the world in alcohol consumption and one-third of Americans don’t even drink.
For an in-depth look at American alcohol consumption, check out Time.com’s alcohol consumption maps that display alcohol consumption by type and state.

This video is about the feelings of playing video games. Featuring games such as Metal Gear Solid, the Mii channel, Spore, Crysis, Half-Life, Zelda, Metroid, a handful of retro games, and many more games including games that I’ve never played, this is truly a cool “love letter to video games”.

This comic is priceless. It is just like the “Dangers of Alcoholism” comic from the 60’s / 70’s. WoW is a danger to health, folks.

There will always be those people who pay a boatload of money for something that most people could give a rat’s ass about. In this case, we’re talking about rare video game collectors. These people honestly do not care about the gameplay or the price of these games; they care about owning them.

Talk about a cool commercial. This Guiness advertisement turns a small town into a giant domino effect which ends with the pages of 10,000 books flipping open to create a giant pint of Guiness.

Adobe Acrobat Reader has always seemed like a bloated, laggy piece of software that takes far too long to launch. I have found the perfect alternative.
Sumatra PDF is “a slim, free, open-source PDF viewer for Windows”. Sumatra PDF is just one file and has no external dependencies so it can even run off a USB drive. The best thing about it is how fast it loads - it’s like Notepad for .pdf files.
